5-9-145. Failure of judge to give receipt constitutes cause for removal from office. Failure, refusal, or neglect of a judge of a circuit court to give a receipt as required by W.S. 5-9-144, for any money paid into the circuit court is misconduct, which constitutes cause for removal from office.
