Section 6-5-113 - Removal From Office After Judgment of Conviction

6-5-113. Removal from office after judgment of conviction. A judgment of conviction rendered under W.S. 6-5-102 through 6-5-112 and 6-5-117 against any public servant, except state elected officials, supreme court justices, district court judges and circuit court judges, shall result in removal from office or discharge from employment.
