6-5-205. Running manned roadblock; penalties. A person commits a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both, if he proceeds or travels through a roadblock which is supervised by a uniformed peace officer without stopping and obeying the instructions of the peace officer.
