Section 7-13-106 - Transfer of Citizen or National of Foreign Country

7-13-106. Transfer of citizen or national of foreign country. The governor may act on behalf of the state to consent to the transfer of a citizen or national of a foreign country pursuant to a treaty between the United States and the foreign country of which the person is a citizen or national.
