Section 7-13-805 - Statement of District Attorney Following Notice of Pardon Application

7-13-805. Statement of district attorney following notice of pardon application. Within ten (10) days after receiving the notice required by W.S. 7-13-804(b), the district attorney for the county in which the applicant was indicted or informed against shall forward to the governor a statement setting forth the time of the trial and conviction, the date and term of the sentence, the crime of which the person was convicted and any circumstances in aggravation or extenuation which appeared in the trial and sentencing of the person.
