Section 7-13-807 - Commutation of Death Sentences

7-13-807. Commutation of death sentences. Pursuant to article 3, section 53 of the Wyoming constitution, a death sentence may be commuted to a sentence of life imprisonment without parole but that sentence shall not be subject to further commutation.
