(a) As used in this act: (i) 'Executive authority' includes the governor, and any person performing the functions of governor in a state other than this state; (ii) 'Governor' includes any person performing the functions of governor by authority of the law of this state; (iii) 'State', referring to a state other than this state, includes any other organized or unorganized state or territory of the United States of America; (iv) 'This act' means W.S. 7-3-201 through 7-3-227.
