9-1-214. Impeachment of governor; suspension from office; performance of duties. When the house of representatives impeaches the governor, he is automatically suspended from performing the function of his office pending the trial and other proceedings in the impeachment. During the suspension the duties of the governor shall be performed as provided in W.S. 9-1-212.
