Section 9-1-215 - Right of Governor to Attend Meetings; Effect on Quorum; Designation of Special Meetings

9-1-215. Right of governor to attend meetings; effect on quorum; designation of special meetings. The governor may attend, participate in and vote at all meetings, both general and special, of all nonconstitutionally created boards and commissions of the state of Wyoming which are not exclusively licensing in nature. The governor's presence or absence shall not affect the quorum. The governor may call and designate the time and place of special meetings.
