9-1-217. Appointments to federally-required committees; removal; functions, powers and duties of committees. The governor may appoint electors of the state to any advisory, planning or action committee which is required by the state's participation in federally supported programs. The functions, powers and duties of the committees shall not be inconsistent with the constitution or laws of this state. The governor may remove any appointee under this section as provided in W.S. 9-1-202.
