Section 9-12-307 - Penalty

9-12-307. Penalty. Any person who knowingly makes a false statement to the council in connection with an application under this article or article 9 of this chapter is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.
