Section 9-2-108 - Director of Department; Appointment; Removal; Duties

9-2-108. Director of department; appointment; removal; duties. (a) With the advice and consent of the senate the governor shall appoint a director for the department who shall serve under the direction of the governor and who may be removed by the governor as provided in W.S. 9-1-202. (b) The director shall: (i) Manage and supervise the department; (ii) Repealed By Laws 1999, ch. 149, 1. (c) Appointments and terms under this section shall be in accordance with W.S. 28-12-101 through 28-12-103.
