Section 9-2-1009 - Nonappropriated Revenues to Be Transferred by Auditor Upon Lapse, Conversion or Otherwise Becoming State Property

9-2-1009. Nonappropriated revenues to be transferred by auditor upon lapse, conversion or otherwise becoming state property. If nonappropriated revenues under the control of agencies lapse, convert or otherwise become the property of the state, the auditor, after consultation with the department, shall transfer the funds to the general or other appropriate fund.
