Section 9-2-1804 - Service of Pleadings; Computation of Time

9-2-1804. Service of pleadings; computation of time. (a) The claim, answer, decision and all other pleadings required to be served under this act shall be served in accordance with the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. (b) Computation of time periods prescribed or allowed under this act shall be in accordance with rule 6 of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
