9-2-2002. Department of employment created; director appointed; structure; merger with department of workforce services. (a) Repealed By Laws 2012, Ch. 1, 2. (b) Repealed By Laws 2012, Ch. 1, 2. (h) On or before July 1, 2011, all divisions, programs and functions of the department of employment shall be transferred to the department of workforce services created by W.S. 9-2-2601. The combined department shall be known as the department of workforce services. Any statute or legal or other document which refers to the department of employment shall mean the department of workforce services which is the successor agency to the department of employment.
