9-2-2019. Department of enterprise technology services created. As part of the reorganization of Wyoming state government, there is created the department of enterprise technology services consisting of the existing division of information technology within the department of administration and information and the position and office of state chief information officer. The department shall not be subject to a transition period as defined in W.S. 9-2-1703(a)(ix). A reorganization plan shall not be required of the director.
