9-2-2020. State construction department created. As part of the reorganization of Wyoming state government, there is created the state construction department consisting of the existing construction management program within the department of administration and information, associated construction management functions of the department of administration and information, and the school facilities department. The state construction department shall not be subject to a transition period as defined in W.S. 9-2-1703(a)(ix). A reorganization plan shall not be required of the director.
