9-2-2903. Director and division administrators; appointment; removal. (a) The governor shall appoint a state chief information officer with the advice and consent of the senate. The state chief information officer shall serve as the director of the department of enterprise technology services and shall be the department's executive and administrative head. (b) With the approval of the governor, the state chief information officer may appoint administrators for each of the divisions. The governor may remove the state chief information officer and division administrators as provided in W.S. 9-1-202.
