9-2-3209. Purchasing for legislature and judiciary; approval; requirements. Purchases of supplies and services for the legislature shall be approved by the management council or its designee. Purchases of supplies and services for the judiciary shall be approved by the judges for their respective courts. Purchases of supplies and services by the offices of state elected officials shall be approved by the respective elected official or his designee and made in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of W.S. 9-2-3204. Purchases by the legislature or the judiciary shall be made in accordance with the requirements and guidelines for competitive or negotiated purchases or contracts set forth in W.S. 9-2-3204(b)(iv)(A) and (B).
