Section 9-2-3217 - Appointment of Compact Administrator and Deputy Administrators; Removal

9-2-3217. Appointment of compact administrator and deputy administrators; removal. The governor shall appoint an officer of this state who shall be the compact administrator pursuant to article X of the compact. The governor may also appoint one (1) or more deputy Interstate Library Compact administrators pursuant to article X. The governor may remove any appointee under this section as provided in W.S. 9-1-202.
