9-3-107. Leave for volunteer emergency response personnel. Every state officer and employee shall receive up to twenty-four (24) hours of leave with pay during each calendar year to use when the state officer or employee is absent from work due to service or training as a rostered volunteer with a volunteer fire department, licensed ambulance service or county search and rescue organization in the state of Wyoming.
