9-3-411. Retirement board; right to hearing before board; judicial review. Any person aggrieved by any ruling of the board is entitled to a hearing before the board after giving reasonable notice. The decision of the board upon hearing is a final administrative decision and is subject to judicial review in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
