9-3-429. False statements and records prohibited; right to modify article. (a) Any person who knowingly makes a false statement or falsifies or permits to be falsified any record used in the administration of this article, in an attempt to defraud the board, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (b) The right to alter, amend or repeal this article or any provision thereof is reserved to the legislature.
