9-3-603. Administration. (a) There is created the retirement program which is for the benefit of the employees defined in W.S. 9-3-602(a)(v). (b) The administration and responsibility for the operation of the retirement program is under the direction and control of the board. All matters pertaining to the board are applicable to the retirement program created by this article.
