Section 9-4-105 - Cancellation of Unpaid State Warrants

9-4-105. Cancellation of unpaid state warrants. The state auditor shall cancel all state warrants that have been issued for one (1) year and which have not been presented to the state treasurer for payment. The money shall revert to the fund and account upon which the warrant was originally drawn or to the general fund if the original account no longer exists.
