Section 9-4-1101 - Definitions

9-4-1101. Definitions. (a) As used in this act: (i) 'Revenues' means any income or other receipts duly credited to any fund of the state during any fiscal year from any source, including but not limited to income and receipts from taxes, distributions or grants from any other public entity or the federal government and income or receipts from investment of those funds, but excluding the proceeds of any borrowing; (ii) 'This act' means 9-4-1101 through 9-4-1105.
