9-4-212. Creation of new funds; references to word 'fund'; discontinuance of existing funds. Direct or indirect references to the word 'fund' when used to identify a separate accounting entity wherever contained in the Wyoming statutes shall be construed to mean account unless the fund is established by statute. No existing statutory fund shall be discontinued or abolished without the approval of the legislature.
