Section 9-4-306 - University Building Account

9-4-306. University building account. The state treasurer may create and maintain an account into which he shall place all monies received for the purpose of constructing and maintaining buildings at the University of Wyoming. He shall draw from the account only the sums which have been authorized by the board of trustees of the university and audited by the state auditor as provided in W.S. 9-4-304.
