Section 9-4-815 - Recovery of Penalties on Bonds

9-4-815. Recovery of penalties on bonds. It shall be the duty of the attorney general of the state to enter and prosecute, in the name of the state, to final determination, all suits for the recovery of any penalty arising under the conditions of any bond, securities or mortgages and notes connected with the mortgages given, or required to be given under this act to the state of Wyoming.
