9-6-104. Nuclear board; filing of reports, bylaws and amendments. The report required to be transmitted to the legislature under article II(m) of W.S. 9-6-101 shall be transmitted to the joint minerals, business and economic development interim committee of the legislature. Pursuant to article II(k) of this compact, the western interstate nuclear board shall file copies of its bylaws and any amendments thereto with the secretary of state of the state of Wyoming.
