Section 9-6-208 - Cooperation With the Committee

9-6-208. Cooperation with the committee. Consistent with applicable law, all departments, agencies and officers of this state and its subdivisions are directed to cooperate with the committee for the Northwest Interstate Compact on Low-Level Waste Management [ 9-6-206] in furtherance of any of its activities pursuant to the compact.
