Section 9-7-111 - Community Development Authority; Revenue Bonds; Disposition of Monies Received

9-7-111. Community development authority; revenue bonds; disposition of monies received. Monies received pursuant to the authority of this act, whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, receipts or income, shall be held as trust funds to be applied solely as provided in the proceedings under which the bonds are authorized. The trustee shall hold and apply the monies for the purposes authorized by this act and by the proceedings authorizing the bonds and included in the trust agreement securing the bonds.
